The Panel
The first-round statistics showed us that it was my voting that was most in line with the results overall, followed by Lewis, then bzfgt, then Richard. Eric was consistently the biggest outlier.
In the second stage, the 'consensus scores' (the average marks awarded by each judge to the qualifying songs) gave a very different picture:
However, when you consider the number of times a panellist awarded 12+ marks to a song that didn't progress to the last 64, it was bzfgt that topped that table:
